The Hotel has 10 rooms, 8 of them standard and 2 junior suites, with balconies overlooking the city square, the rooms are air-conditioned, with satellite TV and wi-fi, categorized as 4 stars under the E Hotels brand. It has a restaurant: Las Arcadas, specialized in regional, Cuban and international food with capacity for 90 diners. The decoration and setting of the different areas was carried out following the trends of the colonial era and seeking harmony with tropical architecture. This hotel is located in a building with neoclassical influences built in the 60s of the 19th century, a time of great economic boom for the town. On February 1, 1899, Major General Máximo Gómez and the representative of the Cuban delegation in the United States, Mr. Gonzalo de Quesada, met here with the special commissioner of President William Mc Kinley, Mr. Robert Porter, in order to agree the discharge of the Liberation Army.
